Base

Solid base made of grey iron, basic plate, possible load 50-1000g, adjustable by selection disc, automatic oil-pump. The hardness evaluation has to be choosen. Execution mechanical-optical, digital-optical or means a video system. Special holding fixture for checking smallest, cylindrical and flat parts. Load on the diamond from 50g up to 1000g.

Basic cross-slide

Basic cross-slide with flat table and clamp for test measurements with test plate, as well as for mounting the various holding fixture M124-01

Readout

Digital readout Visulesta 10, software easy in use, memorizing of Vickers results, adjusting, reading and print of the values HIV, HRC, Brinell or hardness/kg by simple touch. Interface RS232 for data transmission.

Viewing system

M124-TZ-250
For mechanical measurement of Vickers impressions, the zero-setting is automatically adjusted in any position. Reproduction of the Vickers impression rich in contrast.

M124-TZ-500
Same execution as M124-TZ-250, however with digital data memorizing and transmission means readout and hardness conform software.

Video measuring system

VBS-10
Video system at 180°, CCD colour camera UI-1460C 1/2″, plexi glass protection and energy chain. Data treatment means computer and software. Conversion of Vickers value to HRC or Brinell.
