Who are we?

ISOMA is a company specialized in optical measurement. With its high precision solutions, it contributes to the quality of its customers’ products.

Founded in 1947 by Walter Moser, the company is located in Brügg, in the heart of the Swiss watch industry. 

In 2019, new owners took over the company to give it new impetus. In 2020, the new team launched its new flagship product: the ISISCOPE50, a microscope with 18 MPx triple-zoom optics and computer-independent onboard electronics.

In full development, ISOMA counts today about ten engineers, developers, precision mechanics, technicians and administrative staff at the service of the customers.

Thomas Reber

Technical and commercial director

With a Master’s degree in mechanical engineering and a Master’s degree in business management, Thomas is specialized in the industrial production of mechanical parts.
He is in charge of customer contacts upstream of any order.

R&D Director

Alain Geiser holds a Master’s degree in materials science and engineering from the EPFL and is in charge of research and product development. It is under his leadership that the ISISCOPE series was born.

Alain Geiser advises and accompanies customers on each special project.

RESEARCH AND DEVELOPEMENT

Research and development (R&D) are at the heart of ISOMA’s DNA. Engineers have always developed ISOMA’s products in-house, from optics to display screens, including electronics and computer science.

Mounting

ISOMA mechanics assemble the mechanical, optical and electronic elements of the devices. The assembly of the optical parts is carried out in a protected environment in order to ensure a perfect cleanliness.

Administration

The administrative team answers customers’ questions about ISOMA products and prepares offers.

After sales service

ISOMA technicians ensure the maintenance, the service and the calibration of ISOMA devices. They are experienced in helping customers with problems. 

If the problem cannot be solved in the shortest possible time, ISOMA provides a replacement device while waiting for the repair. 

Customers have a direct telephone line to reach the service department.
